Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: All in-stock items are usually shipped within 24 hours. Standard delivery to your door is from 4 - 6 business days. Our preferred shipper is the USPS Priority Mail. The following Standard Delivery Charges will be added to your total order:

You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. Final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: How can I order fabric in less than 1 yard increments?
A: The shopping cart will only accept quantities expressed as whole numbers (e.g. 1 or 5 or 10). So that you can order quantities in less than a whole yard (e.g. .75 yard) or so that you can order quantities that include whole and fractional yards (e.g 1.75 yards) the following method is recommended. All fabrics are entered into the catalog twice. Once as whole yards, and once as fat quarters. To order 1.75 yards find the desired fabric listed as one yard increments and order a quantity of 1, then find the same fabric listed as a fat quarter yard and order a quantity of 3. This will generate two items in the cart for the same fabric but with the appropriate pricing and quantity. Your fabric will be cut as one piece. An order of just one quarter yard will be cut as a fat quarter. We apologize for the extra step. We may be able to change to a less cumbersome method in the future.
